Designer Renae Madore grew up on the East Coast and moved to the Gala Playground of Stars and Sand, Palm Springs. As a creative outlet, Renae started designing jewelry for herself. After receiving accolades from her Palm Springs supporters, she decided to take her innate given talent onto a larger stage, which meant offering her design talent to a local fan base. It was just a matter of time before word spread and Bijoux Chic was off and running.
Her love of fashion accessories and how it compliments an outfit has epitomized her classic style to become a jewelry designer that is influenced by timeless Hollywood glamour and high fashion. Renae states, "I'm very passionate about my jewelry. The imaginative and intricate effort needed to create each piece is very therapeutic and a wonderful way to express myself. The gratification I get seeing my pieces worn with as much pride and enjoyment as I had creating them and how each piece I designed accents and completes their sense of style -- is bliss."
Renae's creative influence comes from the sophisticated lifestyle, majestic landscapes and the legendary glamor of Palm Springs. Many of her ideas are inspired by the trend setting style of the Southern California fashion scene. Designing with beautiful semiprecious gems, authentic stones and beads that embodies every jeweled piece, her designs carry an unparalleled sophistication and elegance and are truly eye-catching.
The popularity of her unique style has given her the opportunity to customize individual fashion style of noted personalities - to name a recent few:
- Sharon Stone - Golden Globe and Emmy Award winning actress
- Cindy Crawford- supermodel, actress, and entrepreneur
- Bebe Neuwirth - theater, television, and film actress
- Jazmin Grace Grimaldi - daughter of Prince Albert II, Crown Prince of Monaco
